Things You Can Check Before Calling
A few quick checks can sometimes solve the problem before we come out. We're always happy to help, but if one of these does the trick, it saves you a service call:
- Check your circuit breakers
- Make sure your thermostat is set correctly
- Replace dirty or clogged filters
- Check your drain overflow switch
- Ensure the area around your condenser is clean
- Doublecheck your vents are open
Serving Lake, Orange, and Seminole County for Three Generations
Central Florida is not gentle on HVAC systems. Lake County gets heavy afternoon heat rolling off the water. Orange County has homes working hard on long summer days. Seminole County brings the shade, but not relief from the humidity. Allen's helps homeowners throughout our service area their homes cool when Florida starts acting like Florida.
