I called Allen's Refrigeration at 8:30 this morning with what I thought was an issue with my outside unit fan. Philip was here by 10:15 ! It turned out my fan was okay . No charge ! Philip is such a polite young man and is so knowledgeable about the equipment. If you are in need of assistance please call Allen's Refrigeration. They are family owned and local and honest and awesome! They have been there for me numerous times.
Once again Austin is awesome. He replaced our compressor and was focused on doing a great job. We are completely satisfied with the job he does and represents the company’s values listed far better than other most other companies I have dealt with.The team works great together. He found the problem one morning and the next morning by 9am Austin called to say he was on the way to install it. “Thank you” team for making this happen so efficiently for us.
