Allen's refrigeration is the go-to company for all my emergency situations. The workers and ownership embody the long-lost standards of customer care rarely present in any trade or field. I called on a Friday at 430 pm and they had Philip address my issues the following Saturday morning at 8 am. The price is incredibly reasonable for the service and attention-to-detail provided to my AC unit.

When I asked for someone to come out to thoroughly flush my line and clean and check my 3 year old system, an appointment was set up for the next morning. The technician was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient.
